I Survived My First Ship Storm!

OMG! The fact that I'm writing the post means I survived a hellish ship storm!
A rating of a Storm 10 is dangerous and really bad, but the storm we were just in was rated a Storm 11!

We were sailing from Greenland to Newfoundland (which we didn't end up going to because of the bad weather). This is the same area where the Titanic Ship sank in 1912! So anyways, it was so bad that night that I didn't even work at the Disco because it was too dangerous!

We actually lost a door hatch during the storm! It totally got ripped off!
Here are a few pics I took the next morning of the aftermath of our hellish storm!

This is the Michelangelo Restaurant. Totally torn and ruined!

The ceiling was ripped up from in the restaurant!

All the ceiling tiles fell and even smashed some of the glass tables!

This is our Crew Recreational Area. All the lights and ceiling tiles came down!

The dart board came down and smashed the hardwood floor!

Look how much of our floor we lost during the storm!

In the passenger areas, ceiling tiles were falling down everywhere in the corridors!

A whole strand of ceiling tiles came smashing down! Can you even comprehend the seriousness of this storm for it to destroy a cruise ship this big!?
All I want to say is that I was praying hard that night to survive. It was so easy for us to capsize! We wouldn't have made it if that had happened! You think a life boat could survive the storm if a cruise ship can't even withstand it?! Thank you Lord for keeping us safe and guarding us through this incredible experience!
